Hello, I am Sharon Sweeney and I have been passionate about real estate and the mountains of North Carolina since my earliest years, when I moved to the Asheville area from the Northeast. I always knew that I wanted to chart a path helping others, and I found a true calling in real estate when serving my clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives. I am client-focused, thorough, and experienced— and I will be alongside you, guiding you every step of the way.
Like everyone who falls hard for the beauty of the Western North Carolina Mountains, I love all that the Asheville and Hendersonville area has to offer. When I am not working diligently for my clients, you’ll find me exploring the area’s numerous hiking trails, forests, and waterfalls or checking out one of the area’s fabulous restaurants, breweries, art, music, and festivals.

I graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and went on to pursue my Master’s Degree at NC State University in Travel and Tourism. I joined the Real Estate profession over a decade ago, as my two sons approached their middle and high school years. I currently live in beautiful Mills River, just south of Asheville, with my husband Randy, my dog Ellie and my cats Smokey and Josie.
