A lifelong resident of Henderson County, Hilton brings over 15 years of real estate development and residential real estate experience to the service of his clients. Raised in the historic Village of Flat Rock (known as the “Little Charleston of the Mountains”) Hilton attended school in both Henderson and Buncombe Counties. After High School, he attended the College of Charleston (SC) and continued with graduate studies at the University of St. Andrews, Scotland, where he studied Art History and spent many a wayward hour on the world famous links.

Over the years, Hilton has helped scores of clients make their mountain dreams come true. “Living in Western North Carolina is a unique privilege, and I love extending and sharing that opportunity to people from throughout the world.”

An active member of the community, Hilton loves giving back to the community he calls home, and has served on many non-profit boards and organizations.  He currently serves as President of the Housing Assistance Corporation, a non-profit dedicated to creating safe, affordable housing opportunities for Henderson and surrounding counties, and on the Flat Rock Park and Recreation Foundation, which raises money to improve amenities and recreation opportunities in the world-class Park at Flat Rock.

Hilton lives in Flat Rock, just south of Hendersonville, where his history with the community spans 5 decades.  He and his wife Bridget, a local attorney, have three children. If you’re looking for a real estate professional that knows what’s happening in the community, and can custom tailor a business plan to help you find or sell your home, you won’t find an agent that works harder or smarter for you!
